A bright nose with some violet notes, rose petal and candied red fruits. A compact palate, introverted and tightly coiled, with a slight smoked meat note, herbal and rosemary — something thyme-like as well. Really pretty and with a crunchy, fresh acidity throughout. Really well constructed and also needs several years. The earthy and spiced notes grow on the palate. Attractive, balanced, poised and with a great life ahead of it.
