An expressive nose of jasmine, grassy notes and lime. Super fresh, with a citrus core and real vibrancy. This has energy, citrus notes and a real purity to boot. What is lovely here is that there is also weight and a textured note on the mid-palate, as well as the zippy core. This is great on its own but would be beautiful with scallops, oysters and fruits de mer.
