The nose is bright and alive but still quite introverted, both red and dark fruits as well. The palate is fine and with very detailed and powdery tannins that keep the wine beautifully structured and detailed. A sweetness to the fruit completes the savoury and slightly smoked notes. I like the detailed tannic mid palate, needs time to express itself, but has all the component parts too age really well.
