Baked dough, red berries and a subtle dark herbal nose. A grippy attack with red fruits shining through, a slight savoury tobacco and a wonderful mouthwatering freshness as well. Quite tightly coiled and a salty freshness with a wild smoked meat game touch above as well. Very shy at the moment but there is wonderful depth and length - has a lovely energy behind it.
