CHILE
A spicy nose with red fruits, wild strawberry and rose petal aromas. A zippy acid core, with a little bit of weight from the lees contact, a spiced palate, and a wonderful freshness on the mid-palate. Grapefruit, wild strawberry and lime notes. Really well put together, with a long, layered finish and excellent food pairing potential.

Really appealing nose, that is showing bags of fruit, blue fruit and subtle plummy note with sweet spice and a delicate grapefruit note. The palate is showing lovely freshness, such vivid acidity with red fruit and a spiciness and a floral and bright violet note. The palate is ripe, rounded and with a vertical hit of acidity on the long and saline finish. Very good!
