History
Viña Santa Irene is a family-owned winery with over 90 years of winemaking tradition in the Cachapoal and Curicó valleys. Throughout this time, it has been dedicated to the production and marketing of high-quality wines, carefully managing every stage of the process, from the vineyard to the bottle, and working harmoniously with the environment, the community, and its customers.

This integration, from the vineyards to the winery, has allowed for thorough control of all processes to ensure the quality and safety of their products. In recent years, Viña Santa Irene has focused its efforts on direct marketing in various international markets, gaining recognition among importers and consumers. Starting in 2024, this successful strategy will expand to the national market, bringing their offerings to an increasingly wider audience.

Vineyards
Majadillas, Rauco
This estate is characterised by its alluvial soils located on the banks of the Mataquito River. The area enjoys hot summers and autumns, moderated by proximity to the coast and the cool breeze that rises at night. This combination allows for harmonious ripening of the grapes with a wide thermal range, resulting in grapes rich in flavours and aromas, which translate into balanced, fruity, and easy-to-drink wines.
Varieties cultivated: Merlot, Carménère, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Peñaflor, Molina
A sector close to the Maule mountain range with light and stony soils, which, combined with the cool air descending from the mountains, allows for the production of fresh and vibrant wines.
Main varieties cultivated: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Syrah.
