History
Le Coq Wines is the project of Juan Pablo Rosset, a winemaker who, along with his family, decided to leave the capital to pursue a visionary idea that would take root in the city of La Serena. With the support of his wife and children, who have grown up among barrels and harvests, they have shaped this dream, contributing to both the winemaking processes and the growth of the winery.

Vineyards
The project focuses on the unique terroirs of the Limarí Valley and the Elqui Valley, producing wines that reflect the characteristics of these regions. They have a human-scale winery located 15 km from the city of La Serena, where they vinify the grapes. They also have a small varietal garden with grape varieties adapted to coastal conditions.

Today, they vinify Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah from the coastal areas of the Limarí Valley for blending; Syrah from the Elqui Valley at over 2,000 m above sea level, and Muscat of Alexandria from the Limarí Valley.
