History Fuerza Natural is a project born from a love for the land and respect for the winemaking tradition. With centuries-old dry-farmed vines planted in granitic soils and cultivated using ancestral methods, the winery strives to preserve the authenticity and purity of each wine. Founded in the Itata and Maule valleys, the winery is distinguished by its commitment to ecosystem balance and minimal intervention in winemaking.
Led by winemakers Fernando Almeda and Elías López Montero, who bring decades of international experience, the project focuses on the genuine expression of terroir. To achieve this, they use non-invasive vessels such as clay amphorae and earthenware jars, allowing for the natural evolution of the wines. Their approach prioritises sustainability and a close relationship with local growers, ensuring the continuity and quality of the vineyards.
Their current challenge is to maintain authenticity in an increasingly industrialised wine world, ensuring that each bottle tells a story of passion and respect for the land.
