History
Casa Mesa Bozzolo is a boutique winery with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1850, located in the Maule Valley, on the banks of the Claro River. They stand out for their motto "harvested at home, bottled at home," as the entire production process is carried out on their own land, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity in each bottle.
As a boutique winery, Casa Mesa Bozzolo focuses on the production of premium wines with an artisanal approach. They do not outsource processes, allowing them to maintain total control over quality and preserve their essence.
They adopt natural land management practices and are oriented towards regenerative agriculture, recycling vine prunings, grape pomace, and stems to enrich the soil and minimise environmental impact.
A strong connection with the local community is a fundamental pillar for Casa Mesa Bozzolo. The work and spirit of the people who cultivate the vineyards are reflected in every bottle, ensuring that their wines authentically capture the characteristics of the Maule Valley.
Vineyard
El Laurel
Located in the commune of Maule, in the El Pueblecillo sector, at kilometre 267, the vineyard is situated near the Maule River, in an area with high vegetation that promotes remarkable biodiversity. Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with four well-defined seasons, the soils are of medium fertility and sandy loam, providing a good balance for vine growth. Planted varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Malbec.
