The nose has a brightness here and with cassis and a graphite and earthy note. The palate is dense and also with ripe dark fruit and some herbal notes, the tannins are balanced and present and with a freshness as well. As well as showing finesse there is also structure, a very subtle note of coffee and smoke on the finish.
