A subtle nose with lovely red fruits and raspberry notes as well. A lovely ripe red fruit led palate with raspberry, quince and a nicely judged autolysois, grilled nuts. I love the dosage here that is well balanced and with the interesting addition of gin, that you can not really taste but there is a nicer herbal note as well. Fine bubbles and along fresh finish, great on its own as well as with food.
