The fruit om the nose is kirsch and leather with balsamic and a subtle hint of mint. There is fruitcake and a delicious sweet spice ont hr finish, lots of balsamic notes and a min thy note as well underneath. Earthy and spiced with a balsamic note and cocoa nib underneath. Well balanced and deep baked fruit and cocoa.
