A soft and inviting nose with sweet ripe red fruits and a raspberry fruit note underneath. The palate is packed full of dusty sinewy fine grained tannins that give structure and weight. The acidity is almost saline with a red fruit that comes through and is like a razor through the fruit, not cutting it out but just supporting it and giving balance and freshness with a long structured finish. Superb.
