The fruit is marked by some pyrazine notes, black pepper and nutmeg. A ripeness on the palate with a chewy nature and an almost caramelised note. The vanillin notes of the oak come through on the palate but are well integrated and show freshness and balance and a juicy finish. The fruit is sweet and mature but not overpowering.
