The nose is powerful, with cedar, cinnamon and clove. A structured palate with cedar oak infused tannins, sweet and round with a eucalyptus note. Juicy and rich with a bacon fat spice, haggis and black pudding notes. Sweet, spiced and with a long layered andunctuos finish. Deliciously balanced, and screaming for a shoulder of lamb, lamb tagine.
