A subtle volatility ont he nose that is integrated, black pepper and a cedar spiced note. swell. Plenty of spice onto palate that is pure black pepper to start and then pink peppercorns and then. slight smoked bacon note as well. A richness of fruit and density of tannins. Well judged here with it speaks of the variety but has its own dark brooding style.
