Such a bright and inviting nose - liquorice and blueberry. On the palate there is a real sense of freshness, rosemary, thyme and bright zippy acidity. Balsamic liquorice notes really stand out, cracking intensity and spice. Herbal but with an earthy note as well. Spiced, balanced and dense on the palate, tightly coiled but will age well. Delicious, and needs food. Needs time to open up.
