A wonderfully expressive nose of sweet spice and dried fig, beautifully aromatic. There is a great balance here of freshness, spice, weight and concentration - black olives and saline granitic minerality. So balanced and fresh and always with that intensity as well. This is just beginning to open up, it has years of life ahead and will unfurl beautifully. That grip keeps on holding not together and giving life to the fresh fruit core. Wonderful!
