Great variety typicity here aromatically, spiced red fruits, dusty earth, dried tobacco, rosehip and leather. The palate has lovely herbal notes the a dried herb note with dusty and fine grained tannins. Superb concentration of fruit on the mid palate and is held together by the compact and rounded tannic structure. Herbal and so balanced with lovely acidity and zip throughout. This is textbook Pais, such a long and elegant finish with liqourice notes and an earthy graphite character.
