A bright, red fruit-led nose with herbs, black pepper and thyme notes. A zippy palate with coffee, dark chocolate and a really creamy feel to it. The oak is very notable now and needs at least two to three years to begin to integrate into the plush and structured fruit core. The tannins are firm and rounded, and give much-needed structure to the creamy, appealing mid-palate. A wonderful Carménère that needs a few years to join up and find itself.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 95% Carménère, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
