The nose has a blend of citrus, mealy notes, cereal and lime. Beautiful texture is what defines the wine — weight and muscle on the palate, with real verve and freshness beneath. Super fine and long on the palate — this has it all. Just a hint of oyster shell and flint on the finish, with a note of jalapeño and a chalky textured finish.
