Deep and bright cassis, crushed blackberry and plenty of meaty notes that grow in the glass, with leather and scorched earth. Wow, a really broad and mouth-coating palate with such density. Leather and currant mark the palate, while a slight menthol note gives a cooling freshness to the mid palate. The tannins are rounded and super fine. Attractive and ripe, supple and powerful.
