The nose shows crushed strawberry, herbal notes of thyme and leather. The palate is rounded, with real vinous ripeness and cedar from the oak. A fascinating blend and an interesting palate that shows the Chardonnay richness coming through, attractive spice, and a long, fresh, layered finish. Really interesting, super gastronomic.
