A marked mineral character comes through on the nose, with ripe red fruit, herbal notes and a hint of gunpowder. The palate opens juicy, lifted by fresh, well-balanced acidity. Tannins cling gently, framing a mid-palate that’s both savoury and juicy, with tangy ripe cherries taking the lead and a touch of bitterness on the finish adding tension and character.
