A powerful nose and really vivid fruit, so pure and really well judged. What a lovely palate that shows sweet fruit, cassis, pepper, herbs and a graphite note, with a subtle hint of mint as well. There is bright blue and fresh acidity here, red fruit notes and a streak of acidity. The tannin structure is tight and taut and precise, with a mineral and gravel note as well. Firm, balanced and the oak is super integrated. One of the best editions of Altazor so far.
