The nose is fresh, with ripe citrus fruit and just a touch of pyrazine. There’s ripeness on the palate too, always with a citrus note and a hint of tropical fruit, textured with well-judged alcohol, a nice bite and some underlying tension. An opulent, ripe and structured Sauvignon.
