A meaty and spiced nose, with herbal notes from whole bunch, charcuterie and a spiced biltong note. The palate is rounded, with real richness, game and a great balance of meat, spice and juiciness, finishing long and rich. Structured, with really lovely length — I just love the blend and the finish.
