The nose has richness and weight — plum, sweet spice and liquorice. The palate is super suave and soft, with leather, cloves, spice and cinnamon notes. Polished, balanced, and with leather, dried fig and dried earth. Lovely freshness on the finish, approachable now, yet it will age gracefully over the coming years. Super balance and weight, and it shows real dark fruit as well. Excellent.
