The nose is cucumber and lime skin, grapefruit and cashew fruit. The palate is rounded and so balanced, sweet fruit with salty notes and such balance and poise — fresh and with weight, sweetness and a white peach fruit note. This has everything: saltiness and balance, weight and freshness. Textured, saline, powerful yet discreet. A paradox in the glass — possibly the best expression yet for this fascinating project.
