The nose is powerful, with cedar, cinnamon and clove. A structured palate with cedar oak-infused tannins, sweet and round with a eucalyptus note. Juicy and rich with a bacon fat spice, haggis and black pudding notes. Sweet, spiced and with a long, layered and unctuous finish. Deliciously balanced, and screaming for a shoulder of lamb or lamb tagine.
