ENCLAVE

The nose shows both dark and red fruits: ripe redcurrant, cassis, crushed plums and cherry. The wine has real grip and spice, with firm tannins that are well judged and support the bright acidity throughout. Fresh acidity, leafiness and grip. Bloody and sanguine notes grow in the glass, herbal, thyme, and a ripe, long finish. A distinguished Cab with spice and fruit, already showing well, the tannins will integrate over the coming years.
