Pangea

A note of rubber, distinct earthiness, smoke, bloody and gamey notes on the nose. On the palate, the acidity is super bright, with a supple texture, bright and tight tannins with notes of tar and cocoa. The eucalyptus note comes through on the finish as well, giving a cool, really attractive freshness. The fruit is ripe, but certainly not overripe; there is freshness, spice, layers and real class.
