Wow - this leaps out of the glass with straw notes, baked apple, jasmine, and chamomile. The palate is packed full of character with apple, lime, and pear. A wonderful texture and richness are supported by zesty citrus acidity. This has it all - rounded mouthfeel, crackling acidity, and a long finish with subtle wild herb character. Stunning.
