Old Vines 1865

A really juicy nose that shows depth and character, with a herbal note of bay leaf, graphite and earth. I absolutely love the tannins here; they are really beautifully tuned, gently kiss the palate and give such definition to the wine. It is expressive and with both red and dark fruits—already drinking well, yet will age wonderfully over the years. Excellent!
