The nose is very Carménère: dried herbs, pyrazine, sweet spice and black fruits as well. On the palate it is juicy, with well-defined tannins and peppery herbal notes that shine through towards the end. Bright and fresh, herbal and spiced, and would be great with empanadas or lentils. A delicious example of Carménère.
