The nose is inviting with spice, mocha, and black tea, lapsing souchong spice, and freshly ground pepper. The rounded tannins are soft, inviting, and layered. The spiced oak comes through on the palate, toasty and rich. The finish is bloody, soft, and leafy with crushed red fruits, a cocoa note, and sweet tobacco. Accessible and really attractive example of Carménère.
COMPOSITION: 85% Carménère, 15% Cabernet Franc
