A wonderfully expressive nose of sweet spice and dried fig, beautifully aromatic. There is a great balance here of freshness, spice, weight and concentration – black olives and saline granitic minerality. So balanced and fresh, and always with that intensity as well. This is just beginning to open up; it has years of life ahead and will unfurl beautifully. That grip keeps it all together and gives life to the fresh fruit core. Wonderful!
