Such a bright and fresh nose with nectarine, fennel and a lovely hint of cedar oak beneath. The palate has great balance between mid-palate richness, fresh citrus notes, and that subtle cedar oak comes through on the finish. This is drinking really well now but will age over the coming 2–5 years beautifully. A gastronomic wine that has excellent concentration and intensity of fruit but is never heavy or tiring.
