The fruit on the nose is kirsch and leather, with balsamic and a subtle hint of mint. There is fruitcake and a delicious sweet spice on the finish, with lots of balsamic notes and a minty note underneath. Earthy and spiced, with a balsamic note and cocoa nib. Well balanced, with deep baked fruit and cocoa.
