A slightly closed nose with sweet spice and liquorice as well. The palate is balanced, with attractive acidity and freshness, and a blue fruit core that has real depth and a sweetness of fruit, but also a long and cedar-infused finish. Dense and weighty, with a lick of herbal and spice.
