On the nose there is a blue fruit note, with spice and leather, and a herbal note of rosemary. There is real juiciness here and a sweetness of fruit; the tannins are rounded, structured and polished, with a definition that gives purpose and grip. Some good weight of fruit and concentration here as well, sinewy almost on the finish. Attractive and true to its place.
