Bright nose with cocoa, biltong and five spice. The palate is super juicy and with a dried meat note and super soft tannins, there is energy here and an earthy note as well. Structured, balanced and with a richness and an iodine note that comes through on the finish. Both powerful and elegant at the same time, a very impressive Carménère.
