The fruit is marked by some pyrazine notes, black pepper and nutmeg. There is ripeness on the palate, with a chewy texture and an almost caramelised note. The vanillin notes from the oak come through on the palate but are well integrated, showing freshness, balance and a juicy finish. The fruit is sweet and mature, but not overpowering.
