The nose is just beginning to develop some leafy and secondary notes, a slight mint note with a hint of pyrazines as well. A wonderful palate that is plush and rounded, yet also with detailed tannins, a blend of red and dark fruits with strawberry and liquorice. Black pepper, a sensation of freshness, and a complex, layered structure. A beautiful example of Cabernet Franc.
