The nose has pretty blue fruit - violets, cocoa nib, chocolate, and mocha. The palate has deep fruit, violet, and spice, with a tobacco note. Delicious, deep, and with crunchy, dense, and layered firm vertical tannins. Layered and long, with a crystalline purity underneath – delicious.
