Bright and floral expressive nose, violets and a hint of iron as well. The palate is juicy, refined and so elegant, with racy fresh acidity, grip and leather notes. There is a succulent sweetness to the fruit with liquorice root underneath. Concentrated, taut fruit on the mid-palate and a garrigue note on the finish. This is superbly put together — powerful, elegant and with such grace. Superb.
