Beautiful nose, super fresh and waxy with rosehip, raspberry, and Szechuan pepper. There is a lovely pepper hit, great freshness, medium-bodied with a saline touch. The tannins are really fine and layered, very well-judged. Fresh with red fruit and a mouthwatering finish. Textbook classy Pais. Wonderful!
