A distinct dark fruit on the nose, with cedar oak and spice. The palate has a creaminess and weight to it, moderate acidity and a dense, plush sleekness throughout. Quite ripe and juicy—a BBQ wine, balanced with a sweetness of fruit, very commercially valid as a style.
