Dark chocolate and spiced plums, dried wood and herbal notes of pepper and thyme. The palate is marked by dense and softly rounded, chewy graphite tannins. A sweetness coupled with a saline graphite note. The pyrazine peppery notes just come through on the finish, and the oak is well balanced, giving structure to the fruit-laden core. Powerful yet supple.
