Altazor

Pure Maipo on the nose, with intense cassis, a slight menthol note and a savouriness. On the palate, the fruit is dark, with cassis, graphite and gravel, and a real density of fruit. The oak is really well integrated and adds structure—not at all heavy or overworked. The tannins are delicate and intricate, kissing the palate and working really well with the cooling menthol finish, which adds freshness and a certain complexity.
